Day 3 of California

We enjoyed day 3 of California by going to Legoland. The girls had a blast and loved riding the rides.

This ride goes upside down and wildcrazy ways! Addi was so excited to go on it. Since she was so short, she was a level one and they only did it back and forth. Addi still loved it!

We put Brooklyn on a leash (yes, we are one of those parents) and she kept crawling around like a dog. At least I didn't lose my crazy child!!

Day 2 of California

Day 2 of California we went to the Santa Ana Zoo and hung out with family. They girls had a great time walking around the zoo and seeing the animals. They are excited for our big day tomorrow when we go to Legoland!

We were able to hang out with family. The girls loved playing with their cousin or second cousin. Something like that!!

Day 1 of California

We made it to California! After an eventful morning with Brooklyn, doctor appointments, and xrays, we finally made it out the door to start our trip. The girls were awesome on the drive!

We went to Huntington Beach for a couple of hours and ate at Ruby's Diner on the pier. We did not wear bathing suits, because it was chilly and the ocean was ice cold. I didn't think the girls would want to play in the water, but I was wrong! Brooklyn and Addison would not get out of the ocean. They loved it! Caemlyn liked building sandcastles best. She did get brave and got her feet wet. Ben had a lot of fun showing the girls everything. He was bummed that he hurt his back, because he really wanted to go skimboarding.

After the beach, we went to my Dad's grave and said Happy Birthday! He would have turned 61 today and is very missed. I cannot believe that it has almost been 2 years since he passed.
