Latest happenings

I have been really bad at taking pictures and updating the blog. We have been keeping busy going to the free movies, swimming at our pool, playing with friends, and just hanging out at home. I actually took some pictures of the girls playing at the park today. And Ben told me that I had to take some pregnancy pictures too.

Things are going excellent with the pregnancy and with Brooklyn. Yesterday was the first day that I felt completely done with being pregnant. I am getting induced a week early...yea!! I will know the exact date next week when I go to the doctor. The doctor said that all of the stress tests for Brooklyn have been excellent and my last ultrasound looked really good. I think she is running out of room since she has started to really beat me up. Both of the girls are very excited that they get to meet Brooklyn soon, especially Addison. She can't wait to be my big helper.

Our friends invited us over to hang out and the girls got to ride one of their horses. They had so much fun. And they loved playing with their little girl.

Haircuts!

Addison was so excited to go get her haircut again. It was just starting to get out of control so I had the hairdresser cut it to her shoulders. And I decided that Caemlyn should probably get her first haircut too. The hairdresser only took off a couple of inches...and I have no after picture of her.

Conversation with Addison

Addison loves to ask me questions about the baby. She always wants to know if the baby is awake or sleeping. And she loves to sing to the baby and tickle her. The other day we had this conversation:

Addison: Are you sure the baby is awake or asleep?
Me: She is awake.
Addison: Are you sure she is having fun playing with her baby toys?
Me: Umm...she doesn't have any baby toys in there. She is just hanging out.
Addison: Are you sure you didn't swallow any baby toys for her to play with?
Me: No. I did not swallow any baby toys for her to play with.
Addison: She must be really bored in there then.
Me: I think she is ok.

Addison really thinks the baby is in my stomach. She thinks I am going to have to throw up to get baby Brooklyn out. We will just let her keep thinking that!
