A hike on Mt. Lemmon

One of our adventures this past summer, was hiking Mt. Lemmon. We love to go up to Mt. Lemmon and discover new hikes. We found a great hike at the very top of the mountain. We packed a picnic lunch and built forts. It was a lot of fun!

Hello Kindergarten!

Wow...I am old enough to have a child in kindergarten. That is crazy! Addison was so excited to start kindergarten. She has been talking about it for the past year, since she turned 5. Now she gets to go. It is a bummer that it is only half day. She is definitely ready for full day.

Ben's mom came for a visit which means a day to ourselves...kid free!! It was so much fun to hang out with Ben for the day. We drove up to Phoenix and went to the children's science museum. That place is a lot of fun!

Brooklyn turns 1!

Back in July....my baby girl turned 1! Brooklyn loved opening presents and discovering new toys. She was not sure about the cake, but once she tried it, she loved it!

Trip to California!

Since Ben was in medic class and we never saw him, the girls and I went on a trip to California to visit my mom. My mom was so nice to fly to Phoenix and help me drive to San Francisco. It was a lot of fun. On the drive home, my A/C went out and my mom was able to experience the true desert life. She was not impressed!
