What to do with your baby when she is crying at your feet while you are doing dishes and trying to make dinner....

Addi wanted to join in on the fun

I actually got some things done once Caemlyn was occupied! Whenever I start making dinner or start doing dishes, Cam always cries at my feet until I pick her up.

Breakers Water Park

This morning we cooled off at Breakers Water Park with our friends Jody, Tyler, and Aiden. We had a lot of fun even if the water was freezing! Tyler and Addison are really good friends and they play so well together. Addi tells me everyday that she is going to marry Tyler.

Happy Father's Day!

Happy Father's Day to all the wonderful fathers out there!! We had a great father's day just relaxing as a family. I made Ben's favorite, Sloppy Joes and Texas Toast and cheesecake. These pictures are one of my favorites of Ben and the girls. He is such an awesome dad and we love him so much.

"I don't want to be a prince"

Addison is definitely a girly girl. Everything has to be pink and she loves playing dress-up. Before she told me that her hair has to be down, not in a ponytail, because princesses only have their hair down. I try to convince her otherwise. Addison also loves to wear dresses and skirts and would wear them everyday if I let her.

Today I was a mean mom and made her wear shorts and a shirt. She was very upset. As soon as I left the house, she asked Ben to put a dress on her. So when I came home, she was wearing a dress. I asked her what happened to her other outfit and she said "I didn't want to be a prince anymore. I want to be a princess again" I told her that princesses wear shorts too. She just looked at her shorts and said "Hmmm...yeah, I don't think so. Princes wear shorts." And she skipped off very happy since she now has her dress on.
