What the What?!

I am at such a loss....You can skip this post if you don't want to read about my frustrations and my drama queen. Maybe it is because I am pregnant that I have no patience, who knows?!

I love Addison so much. She is just so full of life and loves to learn about everything. She brings such a happiness to our family and loves to make all of us laugh. Now with that said....

Here is a little background for you: We always make Addison go to the bathroom before bed and then no drinks. Lately, five minutes after we put her to bed, she has to go to the bathroom again. I can't really tell her no; I don't want her to have an accident. But, she has been playing this bathroom card a lot. Ben and I started to think she was just trying to get out of bed. So this past week, we have been telling her bathroom before bed and then that's it. She has to stay in her room after that, no excuses.

Well, tonight, Addison told me that she had an accident. This girl just went to the bathroom less than 10 minutes before this. Who pees that much? And Addison NEVER, I mean NEVER, has accidents. I asked her what happened and she said "I just stood up and peed." She showed us and our rules! I don't know what to do with my little four year old drama queen :)

Summer is here! Trip to the splash park

We really enjoy getting together with our good friends Jody, Tyler, and Ayden. Summer is here!! We were able to meet at the splash park last week. The girls had a lot of fun.

Ben hiking Picacho Peak

Ben went hiking at Picacho Peak with some friends. This is what he did at the top of the mountain. (The real picture is a lot better. I think I need to practice taking pictures or pictures.)

The baby!

We went and had an ultrasound today. It was really cool to see the baby. She was moving and kicking the whole time. She is growing right on track and in the 50th percentile, which is excellent. We have another ultrasound scheduled in four weeks to make sure that she is still growing on track. From the ultrasound, we could see that she has a head full of hair already (just like my other two babies) and it is still 99.99% sure that the baby is a girl :)

Easter!

We had a fun Easter celebration at our house. Ben worked on Easter so we did all of our Easter stuff on Saturday.

My husband is a total hottie and I love him so much....but, please let him know that he should cut his hair and not grow it out ;)

Grandma's visit and pregnancy update

The girls loved having Grandma here to play with and are sad that she is now back home! She just emailed me these pictures that she took while she was here. My mom forced (and yes, forced) me to take pregnancy pictures while she was here.

I just went to the doctor and she said that everything looks great. We are getting another ultrasound at the end of April to make sure the baby is growing well and everything is developing on track. I am 26 weeks along now. I feel the baby moving and kicking all day. Ben has felt an elbow or heel or something, which I think is cool. Addi asks me everyday if the baby is ready to come yet. She is very excited to meet the new baby and to hold her. Ben and I have finally agreed on a first name, but we aren't telling until she comes! This pregnancy is going by so fast. I can't believe that at the end of April, I will start going to the doctor every two weeks for check ups. And I think I have hit the nesting phase already since I can't stop cleaning and organizing my house. I just can't wait for July and to hold the new baby! I am very excited :)
