On Saturday morning, we loaded the car and headed to Cashmere, WA. Ben was not able to come home this weekend and I was so bummed. It is hard enough going four days without seeing him. His training captain was so nice and invited Ben and our family to his house for the weekend. It was great to spend some time together! Ben's captain and his family are so kind and generous. Their house and surrounding area is beautiful and so peaceful. We really enjoyed our time with their family. We even took a tick off of Caemlyn thanks to Ben's Captain for helping us with that. Brought back memories of PA and having to be checked for ticks every night in the summer :)
We have found out that driving long distances does not agree with Brooklyn. Another medical mystery with Brooklyn! I guess she wasn't done seeing specialists. I had to stop every 30 to 45 minutes and let Brooklyn out of her seat. And she had no pain that night so stopping really helped her!
My sweet girls! They were awesome travelers
Isn't this beautiful?! I think I could live here..too bad it would be a 3 hour commute for Ben
Move over airsoft gun, Ben found a new passion :)
After Addison shot some arrows, she asked if she could go hunting
This poor kitten was very loved by Brooklyn. She loved to carry it everywhere. Brooklyn has scratches over her stomach, back, arms and legs. That is did not stop her, she still carried this kitten all over the place and laughed when she got scratched.
